Härlig stuga i Rom City Indiana ligger nära Sylvan Lake. Sylvan Lake är en 700-acre all sport sjö, där du kan njuta av jet-skidor, simning, fiske, skidåkning eller bara båtliv runt 16 miles av strandlinjen. Det finns en naturreservat på The Big Island, tillgänglig med båt med över 2 miles av vandringsleder. Gene Stratton-Porter State Memorial Park, Sylvan Cellars Event Center och Mother Mercy Event Center ligger en kort bilresa bort. Great getaway, close to the lake, wonderful walking paths and more. The cottage is more than comfortable, like a home away from home and the host was easy communicate with.

Amazing

David was a great host and was extremely accommodating during my stay. He was extremely easy to get a hold of when needed. The cottage is a cute little home in a nice small town.

Lake and Relaxation

David was very easy to communicate and got us booked for a last minute vacation. The cottage is cozy. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the lake where there are park benches to look at the wildlife. We would stay again.

David was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, welcoming, fully furnished as described. The ONLY negative was that a couple pictures of the property made it look like it was on the water, and it was not. It was less than a block from the water... still had to walk or drive to get there. We had a peaceful, relaxing, and restful stay... exactly what we wanted.

The house was clean and cutely decorated! Owner was quick to respond to messages. There are a couple of reasons I didn't give it 5 stars - the rooms are small (to be fair, it was a great price!). But if you are tall or a bigger person it might be tight for you. I had also hoped that there would be better access to the lake.Otherwise, it's only 30 minutes from Shipshewana and we took advantage of that. The house was in a nice quiet location.

Another great stay

We absolutely love our stay in the cottage. Communication is always amazing and the neighborhood is quiet with very pleasant neighbors. We enjoy eating at The Sylvan Lake Diner around the corner and plenty of local stores to get anything you may need. We will definitely suggest this beautiful little cottage

We go to Sylvan lake area at least twice a year to see family. This place is just a short walk to their place & had everything we needed for this Christmas visit.

Quiet neighborhood

Cottage rental

Well, first of all our host David was amazingly kind and very timely in responses. Cottage was a perfect location for us super cute very clean. It was just my husband and I But could have accommodated many more people.
