The Space:
Enjoy our newly renovated, spacious apartment. Perfect for those who prefer to live like a local while on vacation. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends of up to 8 people. You’ll be just 2 blocks from the Macroplaza Puerto Vallarta (with lots of local shops, a Walmart and a Cinemex cinema), 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Avenue (the second largest avenue in the city), and just 7 blocks (a 5-minute drive) from Costco. The local bus stop is 5 blocks away, and taxis and Uber are also available.

Our stylish apartment is one of six in a modern building, about an 8-minute drive from the beach! As you enter, you’ll see the open-plan living space, a sitting area with two plush and comfy sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime at home. Via sliding glass doors, you can enjoy one of two private terraces—one with a view of the mountains and the other with a Vallarta sunset view!

There’s a large, fully equipped granite countertop kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home and a beautiful marble dining table for six, so you can enjoy your meals in the peace and comfort of your own space.

When it’s time to sleep, you’ll have 3 bedrooms to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms have comfortable king beds, Smart TVs, and private bathrooms. The third room has 2 plush double beds and an ensuite bathroom. There are 3 full bathrooms featuring marble-tiled vanities and spacious showers. There’s also a half bath for added convenience.

We provide bath and pool towels, extra pillows, AC throughout the space, WiFi, jugs of water, an iron, an ironing board, and a washer and dryer for added convenience and to ensure a comfortable stay.

The common areas are shared by 5 other apartments in the building. There’s a swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table with seating, and a laundry area on site with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the apartment and shared access with other guests to the common areas, such as the pool and barbecue area.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be 2 blocks from Macroplaza (with a lot of local shops, Walmart and Cinemex cinema), 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Ave. (the second largest avenue in the city & where you can find the bus stops and taxis), and 7 blocks (5-min drive) from the Costco and La Comer and an 8-min drive from the beach! You can get to the city center, the airport and the bus station within a 15-minute drive. The neighbors are nice local people. For those who like to walk or run, 5 blocks from the condo complex is the Riviera del Pitillal, a beautiful place to be one with nature.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 7 km | 4.3 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is usually about a 15-minute drive. If you are arriving by car, there is free parking on the street at the complex. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, taxis, and public transportation to get around.

Other Things to Note:

- No private parking is available at the complex.
- The apartment is located on an upper floor. There’s no elevator so guests will have to walk up stairs.
- Please note there's ongoing construction nearby, so you’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pet-friendly with prior approval.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, beach chairs, and cooler are available for an additional fee. Must reserve in advance.
- The cost for use of the BBQ is $350 pesos. This amount is charged for the cleaning that we will do after use. It must be reserved at least 1 day before.

*Our guests booking via Sand Pacific can get a courtesy margarita drink per person at the Mangos Beach Club. There is no entrance fee, just a minimum consumption requirement of one meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly at the Mangos Beach Club.
