New Modern Mountain View Chalet near Chamonix at the base of Mont Blanc
Your Les Houches adventure begins at this brilliant 3-bedroom chalet. Unwind with your whole family at this charming mountain hideaway! Our newly built chalet sits in a quiet neighborhood, right at the foot of Mont Blanc. Explore awesome hiking and mountain biking trails, and soak in jaw-dropping views of Aiguille du Midi and the Aiguilles Rouges. Just a quick 8-minute drive gets you to the heart of Chamonix. With plenty of parking and storage for all your mountain gear, plus a big terrace with a BBQ and dining setup, fun and relaxation await you here!
The space
The entry to the house is on the lower ground level. There is a huge gear storage room with laundry on this level. Up one flight of stairs you enter the open kitchen/dining/living room. There is a toilet room next to the stairs. The master bedroom with attached master bathroom is also on this level. Because the house is on the hillside, you can go through the large glass doors from the dining area or living area and access the terrace and yard. Up one more flight of stairs there is a mezzanine, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom.
There is an apartment attached to the house that has a separate entrance on the road side of the house. The tenant of this apartment is very quite and helpful if guests need anything.

Originally from Aspen and Seattle, we have lived in Chamonix for over 20 years. We built this home for our family and are now renting it out while we travel the world with our kids.

We chose the neighborhood of Bois Rond for our family home becuase it is close to all the fun and excitement of Chamonix, but it is quiet and calm.

This newly built family home has all the amenities you want for a mountain vacation. With a huge terrace and back yard that goes straight up to the forest on Mont Blanc, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mountain air.
