Vårt bergshem ligger på 1. 2 tunnland och ligger inbäddat bland träden, med fantastisk utsikt över närliggande bergstoppar. ENDAST 20 MINUTER TILL BRECKENRIDGE, kan du njuta av lugnet och lugnet i att vara mitt i bergen, men ändå vara bekvämt för allt som Breckenridge har att erbjuda. 3600 kvm med 4 sovrum och 3 badrum som bekvämt kan sova 10 personer i sängar.

På huvudnivån har sovrummet en king size-säng samt ett badrum med badkar och dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och ett delat badrum med dusch.

På den lägre nivån hittar du ett spelrum med en fönstervägg som omger biljardbordet och fotbollsbordet. Det tredje sovrummet / studien har en kung och en enkelsäng. Det 4: e sovrummet har 4 enkelsängar som gör det till ett perfekt barnrum. Båda dessa sovrum delar ett badrum på nedervåningen som har en dusch, samt en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Det finns också tillgång till utomhusbadtunna med fantastisk utsikt över de närliggande bergen.

Det finns enkel tillgång till vandring, cykling och fiske inom 1 mils radie från huset. Huset är på en höjd av 11K fot så ett fyrhjulsdrivet fordon / allhjulsdrift är nödvändigt under vintermånaderna. Parkering är begränsad till två fordon.

Breathtaking views

Very accurate listing with gorgeous views! Very comfortable beds and furniture, fully stocked kitchen, lots of family games, carpeted stairs with a baby gate at the top of the stairs much appreciated with our 2 year old. Great hot tub and sleds for the kids available! Great location close to Breckenridge!

Breathtaking View!

Our family of 8 absolutely LOVED this cabin. The pictures of the cabin and it's views simpky don't do it justice. We'd love to spend time here again. It had everything we needed and made for a wonderful week for our family.

Peace and Quiet

Fantastic house in the most beautiful setting. The snow was deep for our trip, but someone (courteous neighbor?) plowed to two or three inches so that even lower clearance cars would have little trouble getting in and out of the street. Proper winter traction equipment still a must, obviously. The house has pretty much everything you could think you might need, and even some things you might not. It's obvious this home is more than just a full time rental.

Beautiful home, plenty of space for family, fully equipped. Due to secluded location at almost 12,000 ft elevation, wifi and dish satellite service was poor. But you don't really need those with the spectacular views from the home!

Well-provisioned house

The house was comfortable and well-provisioned, with lots of dishes, utensils, pits, pans, etc. The knives could use sharpening, but that was the only complaint we could come up with after a lot of head scratching. Easy driving distance to Fairplay and hiking opportunities. A relaxing visit for a group of longtime friends!

Beautiful Property.

My brother and I decided to have a bro's weekend in the mountains. We could not have picked a better cabin in a better location. The cabin was well appointed with an amazing backdrop of mountains and trees. Roman was very responsive with my booking and also my questions. I would definitely stay again.

Mountain getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location was great for all the activities we wanted to do, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and shopping. And the view was unbeatable!

Alma Adventure

Our group of 8 had a very comfortable stay here. The views are beautiful. The cabin has a well stocked kitchen. Firewood was plentiful and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. You definitely need a four wheel drive, as suggested. We had a great stay!

Beautiful house, stunning views

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked very well - everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable. The best part of the house is definitely the view of the mountains. If you have x-c skis, you can ski down the road and around the reservoir. There was a ton of snow during our visit so 4WD was a must. The house is at a high altitude so be prepared if you are not used to that.

Beautiful property!

We stayed for almost a week for a family vacation. The house is beautiful, although with the amount of snow on the roadways, the drive into Breckenridge was lengthy at times. Prior to our arrival, we stopped to grocery shop in Denver. We bought everything we needed, including spices and condiments. Upon arrival to the house, we discovered spices and mustard, ketchup, etc.; was stocked and ready. Crockpot came in handy after a long day on the slopes. The game room downstairs was a hit with our 20-something kids, including the pool table and foosball table. Nice hot tub, lots of games and puzzles. We hiked around the property and sledded down the hills nearby. Only negative I can comment on was the mattresses were in need of update. Overall, we LOVED our stay!! Thank you to the owner and VRBO!! Will recommend this property to anyone!!!!! Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the mattresses.

Family vacation

The home is spacious and plenty of indoor activities is bonus for evenings. With it being summer time we were out hiking and fishing, exploring the area during most days. The kitchen offered us the option of cooking dinners, I personally love a kitchen filled with people and good food. The views are spectacular! Roman was very easy to communicate with, and the cleaning lady we met on our way out was very friendly and does a really good job ,(when we arrived everything was clean and in order.). The parking is minimal, with a group of ten be sure you can get it all in two vehicles.

The home has a lot of big windows with awesome views! Plenty of room for everyone.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Lincoln View Lodge - the views from the many windows were stunning; the location is nice - private, yet close to Breckenridge and Fairplay; the layout of the home provided plenty of room for everyone - the game room was a fun addition. We enjoyed the firepit on the deck, and the fireplace in the living room - great setting for our family gatherings. Probably the only drawback is that the home is accessed by going down a number of stairs. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back next summer.

Beautiful Home with a Fantastic View!

Wonderful house!!! Had everything you could possibly need. We had a great time. Loved the game room downstairs. The only issue we had was the altitude. One person on our trip could not acclimate and we ended up having to leave a day early, which made me sad. We did find out later that the owner did have an oxygen tank in one of the closets. That would have been helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here!!!

Loved Lincoln View Lodge!

I can’t thank you enough for sharing your wonderful mountain home with our family. We had an unforgettable week in your little piece of Colorado heaven!! From fly-fishing in Fairplay, rafting in Buena Vista, 4x4 Jeep riding from Breck-Fairplay-Leadville and back for my brother’s 50th birthday, horseback riding in Fairplay, biking the Vail pass, fishing-eating-hiking in Frisco... your house was the perfect spot for enjoying all that Summit and Park Counties have to offer! And we even got an unexpected snow shower on our one day of rest!! Perfect for these Louisiana folks! The house was great for our crew of varying ages. LOVELY view of the mountains and reservoir from the main living area. It was a great spot to start the day with a cup of coffee and end with star-gazing! We really appreciated having such a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and high capacity w/d, too. Not to mention what a pleasure it was to work with such a nice owner. Thanks for the great info and tips before our trip, Roman. Truly a great vacation!
