Downstairs includes 3 cozy bedrooms, a full bath, dining for 8, a spacious living room, and laundry. Upstairs, youâll find 2 more bedroomsâincluding a kid-friendly bunkroom with a toy nookâand a renovated bath with walk-in shower and soaking tub. Enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes on the upstairs balcony.
The second living area boasts a 75â smart TV, perfect for game day or movie night. Whether you're exploring Mass Street or cheering from afar, QB Quarters brings comfort and Jayhawk pride to every visit.
Off-street parking for two is available in the alley-access lot, with free street parking out front. Walk to downtown, visit campus, or relax and enjoy the legacy of this Lawrence favorite.

You may utilize the whole house with the exception of the locked garage and several closets that store additional items for the owners and cleaning team.
