Parking: From May 15–Oct 15, on-site parking requires a $50/week or $20/day fee per car (max 2). Outside these dates it's free. Pricing and dates are set by building management and may change at their discretion. Free street parking is also available along Coastal Highway (first come, first served) and can be used before check-in.
Trash: Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.
