This beautifully updated 3-bedroom condo offers 1,271 sq. ft. of inviting mountain comfort, thoughtfully designed for families, couples, and friends seeking an authentic Breckenridge experience.
Relax and recharge in the bright, open-concept living area featuring luxury flooring, large sun-filled windows, and a cozy stone-accented gas fireplace. Enjoy home-cooked meals prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and gather comfortably in the adjacent dining area that seats 6â8. After a day exploring Breckenridge, unwind on your private balcony with serene forest and mountain views.
This unit comfortably accommodates guests in three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:
âą Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bath with a relaxing jetted tub.
âą Second Bedroom: Queen bed, adjacent full bath.

Guests have full, private access to the entire condo, including the spacious living areas, three comfortable bedrooms, and a private balcony. In-unit laundry is available for your convenience, and the rental includes two dedicated parking spaces. As part of the community, guests also have access to the complexâs private hot tubs.
Important note: Due to scheduled building maintenance, the indoor hot tubs will be unavailable for use throughout the summer, starting on May 1, 2025.
Outdoor Hot tub hours: 10am â 10pm.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Guests are also invited to enhance their stay with a curated selection of premium in-home services; including chef-prepared meals, wellness experiences, and private transportation; coordinated exclusively through our hospitality team. Additional information about available services will be shared after your reservation is confirmed.
