Shamrock 41 is a ski-out property since thereâs a skiable access (called the Shamrock slope) next to the townhouse leading to the Powderidge run. Once you come back up on the Powderidge lift, you can walk back to the Shamrock complex which is about 500 feet.
Bikes are allowed on the property but only in the mudroom.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit.
PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the property and is limited to automobiles, station wagons, SUVs, and pick-up trucks. Parking for larger trucks, recreational vehicles, or trailers is prohibited.
