* You will receive check-in instructions (property address, door code and wifi information) in the morning of your check-in day.

In the meantime, please review our house rules.

* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* QUIET HOURS - To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house - $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* NO PETS ALLOWED - $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property.
* PARKING - parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways or streetside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.
* PROPERTY DAMAGE/BROKEN OR LOST ITEMS - We kindly ask that you take care of the home during your visit. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
* DOOR CODE - For privacy and security purposes, we will only provide the door code to the person who booked the property. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else.
