The property was wonderful and met all of our expectations. Our reservations were from Friday to Monday. On Sunday at 1:00 PMI discovered that we were locked out of the apartment and that our code for the lock no longer worked. I tried it 4-5 times, my husband tried it 4-5 times. The lock had been recoded. I sent the owner two texts that received no response. She may not have received them. I then discovered that the cell service where we were was insufficient to communicate with VRBO. I made 8 calls to the VRBO HELP number to find that when asked to input last four digits of credit card number that info was not received by VRBO.I finally decided to drive 5 minutes away to get better cell service. When I did the VRBO number worked correctly and the assistant was able to contact the hostess and get a new four digit code for the lock. All was well EXCEPT that I was two hours late for the function for which I had come to Bristol. Please do not share this review with others. This is intended for VRBO staff only. I was frustrated by How hard it was to find the VRBO HELP numberThe policy of VRBO to direct me to Help. VRBO. Com which was not able to address my situationNot getting a response from the hostess whom I had texted twice ( she may not have received texts)We loved the apartment and hope to stay there again.
