The space is quiet, spacious, and has been updated throughout. You'll have fast Wi-Fi, heated bathroom floors, views of the ski resort and the hot tubs/pool from the balcony.

*Living Setup*

The main floor has a spacious living room, dining area, floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony that has views of the Breckenridge ski resort and the 4 hot tubs/heated pool. The living room has a large sectional, a 75" mini-LED TV w/ Xfinity, board games, and a surprisingly comfy pullout queen bed.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to make a quick meal, or have a cup of coffee in the morning (coffee's included).

Downstairs you'll find two spacious bedrooms with large windows, a workstation, and a full bath with heated floors. Both bedrooms have HDTVs w/ Xfinity or Roku.

Upstairs you'll find a loft accessed by a spiral staircase which has two comfy queen beds, a small workstation, and a full bath with heated floors.

The foyer has a ski closet and hooks to hang skis/snowboards/gear.

*Neighborhood highlights*

You'll be on the top floor with views to the Breckenridge ski resort, 4 hot tubs and a heated pool--and only a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts, or a 5 minute walk to Main St downtown Breck!

*Getting around*

To walk to the ski lifts, walk past the pool so it’s on your right side. There is a clear path, and after 100 feet there’s also a sign with an arrow that says “Ski Lift / Town”. Follow that sign, cross the street, and continue straight (don’t make a right turn, just walk down the little hill behind the Marriot). You’ll see a little bridge, cross it and head right and you’re at Quicksilver Superchair! (if the line is too long, try a local’s tip—head uphill on the left side of Quicksilver and get in the line with the skiers that have just skied down the hill, the line should be shorter).

To walk into town, the same applies—but head right near the Marriot and you’ll be on Main St. in a couple of minutes.
