We were able to respond quickly to all of your questions prior to your arrival. We do our best to be transparent in our listing, with both our property rules and the proximity of our host’s living quarters, as we want to make sure that our property is a good fit for your group. We also do our best to respect the privacy of our guests by ensuring that no guest spaces are entered by the host during their stay beyond management duties. We sincerely apologize if that was not made clear to you during the booking process. Due to the complexity and uniqueness of our property, our rules are set in place to ensure that both Kohl Manor and our guests are well taken care of. Our checkout instructions follow those that VRBO recommends. We understand that the volume of rules can be a lot to absorb, so we do our best to assist by providing a personal orientation upon arrival, as well as a printed Welcome Guide laid out where all guests can access it. We are always available via text to assist with whatever our guests need throughout their stay. We have implemented some changes on the property with your feedback in mind. We moved the tv instructions into the remote box. We installed parking wheel stops for the designated parking spots. Sadly many damaged items were discovered upon checkout such as a tv remote, the pool filter, and more.

I'm so thrilled that Kohl Manor could provide so many activities that your friends all could enjoy together. The guys were very respectful of the property and the neighbors. Gurmeet and his extended family of 15 were amazing guests. What a beautiful, loving family. Three generations so tightly knit, and grandchildren so respectful of their elders. I really enjoyed their visit and took note of the example of harmony and compassion that they displayed. They cared for my home as if it was their own, and the house rules were respected. I am so happy that they took advantage of many of the amenities that I offer. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a hit! Their food prep from scratch made use of the gourmet kitchen. I was lucky enough to enjoy their Chai Tea...truly awesome!! Some of their family had never been to a lake and they were especially mindful to find out how to safely enjoy the lakefront water craft, I was thrilled to take on the role of Director of Camp Quirky Girl...true adventurers. I would be delighted to have them back to Kohl Manor.
