Studio 1, offers modern amenities, including, WIFI, Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Desk, Complimentary Coffee and Snacks, Queen bed, an adorable petite kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes and flatware for two. With a stove top, and pots/pans. The bathroom includes towels, hairdryer, and body care essentials.

Please do not leave pet unattended no barking out loud specially after quite hours as this can cause for your reservation to be cancel by us. Please always pick up after your pets.

The best part about our property is its central location. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. Our location is unbeatable - enjoy the freshest baked goods right next door at Common Bond, or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops, and bars - all within a short walking distance!
