Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Access will be denied during check-in for large vehicles, in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.

Examples of vehicles that will not be allowed include:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzers, makeshift or faulty controls, or malfunctioning brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10-passenger vehicles or more, or anything exceeding the 6'8" height limit.
3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheels, storage lockers, or containers that are difficult and unsafe to maneuver in the garage.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles without car-style controls.

Pets are welcome based on size, but please inform us in advance to prevent potential cancellations. A cleaning fee applies for pets as follows:

- 1 to 4 nights: $25 per night, per pet
- 5 to 29 nights: $200 per pet
- 30 nights or more: $300 per pet

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

Guest verification is mandatory before check-in.

To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is only used for screening and will not be stored or shared for other purposes.

All guests must sign a rental agreement agreeing to the terms of their stay. By reserving, you agree to:

- Adhere to the rental terms and conditions.
- Submit a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations that do not meet these verification requirements may be canceled.
