The Space:
NO SUNDAY CHECK INS we have 9 cabins on the property , gated with fireplaces and each cabin has a hot tub.. large gazebo for everyone to enjoy with a view 25 miles from chattanooga tn. nickajack lake is just 2 to 3 miles from property
no smoking of any kind inside of property. must wash dishes before leaving.
you can check in any day but sundays, we have a 2 night min. check out info will be posted in property
NO PETS- tenants will be evicted with no refund!
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (including vaping & cigars) INSIDE, if you must smoke please do so outside with doors and windows shut. Please pick up after yourself, no butts left BEHIND (on the ground)

We are located on the central/eastern time zone line and your phones may switch back and forth. The cabins run on CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% (minus a +$50.00 processing fee) of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in the second 50% payment will be cancelled and the first 50% payment will NOT be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, there will be a +$25.00 fee for the refund. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. you will be charged 2 payments; first payment 50 percent and the 2nd payment 50 percent will be taken out when your stay is 30 days or less before arrival.
