•Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 9 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 9 people, there will be an additional charge of $50 per guest, per night.
•Early check-in and late check-out, both subject to availability: Early Check-In: Available upon request for $100 per hour (first 2 hours); $200 per hour thereafter.
•Late Check-Out: Available upon request for $100 per hour (first 2 hours); $200 per hour thereafter.

•Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process, which includes signing an online rental agreement. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled.
•Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit.
•Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21.
•Security Deposit: Guest shall pay a security deposit of $1,000 (one thousand dollars) to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of House Rules or Terms and Conditions. We will process the refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned.
