Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Southeast Raleigh! Perfect for families, groups, or business travelers, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with a mix of beds and a futon. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, youâll enjoy easy access to Interstates 87, 440, and 40, as well as nearby parks, museums, and restaurants. Downtown Raleigh is just a 15-minute drive away, and youâre only 20 minutes from the NC Museum of Art, PNC Arena, and RDU Airport. Weâre family-friendly and welcome pets (with a fee). Weâd love to host you!
The Space:
Step inside using the digital keypad at the front door. To your right, youâll find the staircase leading to the bedrooms; to your left, a spacious living room with a bay window and open flow into the dining area and kitchen. The living room features two armchairs, a futon (sleeps two), and a large SmartTV. (Please note: the fireplace is not operational.)
The dining area and fully equipped kitchen include all major appliances, cookware, and dinnerware to make meal prep easy. Downstairs also includes a laundry room and a half bathroom.
Upstairs, youâll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
*Primary Bedroom: Three full-size beds + ensuite bathroom
*Second Bedroom: One full-size bed
*Third Bedroom: One king-size bed. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway for easy access.
Step outside through the patio doors to enjoy a large backyard with a deck, bistro set, and grillâperfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our home is located in a residential area on the Southeast side of Raleigh.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

NOTE: We provide parking for up to three cars on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted; please plan accordingly if you book!
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
