Very close to waters edge, youâll have the best seats in the house for the ever-changing colors of the Tahoe sunrise/moonrise.
This split-level classic lakefront residence with a spacious, open feel is an all around pleasure. Over-stuffed sofas and chairs are arranged in a comfy cozy way facing the natural rock fireplace in the step-down living room. The walls are decorated throughout with original paintings by the homeowner who is an established artist. Upstairs, youâll find plush feather down comforters to snuggle into and the views are second to none.
Wood beam ceilings, redwood paneling and trim as well as skylights add to the enchantment of your mountain lake surroundings. You wonât want to leave!

Outdoors, itâs a few steps to the lakefront pool, beach, pier, tennis/pickleball courts and the bike path.
