Located just 10 minutes from Traverse City and near Interlochen Arts Academy, this is the perfect up north retreat and launching pad for unforgettable Michigan memories!

Youâll love the open-concept living space with a cozy fireplace, plus a back porch with a quality 375 Jacuzzi Hot Tub and fire pit right on Green Lakeâcomplete with kayaks, a paddle boards, dock, and boat lift. The perfect family getaway!
We have Reverse Osmosis water...no need to buy/bring bottled water - you will have the highest quality filtered water right at the kitchen sink!
We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting!
The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $50/pet. We do have some pet rules that we ask you to abide by.
- House broken pets only.
- Please crate pet if you leave your pet home alone.
- Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
- Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
