Plats, plats, plats! Denna lägenhet ligger idealiskt vid foten av Snowmass Mountain. Ett brett öppet skidspår leder rätt till bakdörren i lägenheten och det är en snabb 25 gård promenad över skidspåret till barnens skidskola, gondol, stollyft och basbyn. Denna tillgång gör vår lägenhet till ett bra alternativ för varje nivå skidåkare eller icke-skidåkare. Koppla av i denna mysiga och bekväma lägenhet med uppdaterad inredning och sängkläder för upp till 6 personer. Njut av det ultimata skidboendet med en vedeldad spis, utomhuspool och bubbelbad och bekväm tillgång till skidåkning.

När du kommer till denna lägenhet för din skidsemester kommer du att vara stolta över ditt val. Vår lägenhet har varit noggrant inredda och inredda för en avkopplande semester. Med 2 queen size-sängar och en stor sektionssoffa med bäddsoffa finns det gott om plats för en grupp vänner eller en liten familj att bo. Det fulla köket, matbordet för 6 och frukostbaren är perfekt för att njuta av en god middag tillsammans efter en dag på berget. En fullständig ombyggnad av köket gjordes i augusti 2018 och kompletterar den moderna känslan av detta stora bergsflykt.

Gratis tilldelad täckt parkering för en bil. Fordonet måste vara under 6'8 "i höjd. Ytterligare bilar måste registreras hos parkeringsavdelningen och köpa ett parkeringskort, $ 10 / dag, för de närliggande lotsarna under vintersäsongen. Ytterligare parkering är gratis på sommaren.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location or Aspen/Snowmass experience!! The unit was steps from everything we could have ever needed the entire weekend. We walked to breakfast, village entertainment for kids, gondola rides, dinner, shops, and more. And check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at this property...so much so, this was the 2nd time we have rented this unit. The location is unmatched. You're right next to the gondola up with the Snowmass Mall and a few minute walk from the green space. You're also only a 2 minute walk from the bus pick up. The house is clean and has everything you need. Plus my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, which is a nice amenity.

Summer delight in Snowmass

This condo is fantastic! Its location just adds to its specialness. It has 2 comfortable queen beds, a pull out sofa bed (which we didn’t need) It’s a roomy and open concept with a patio that is just steps from the pool and jacuzzi. Also just steps to the village and the ‘skittle’ gondolas. The management was great. Booking was easy, and helpful communication was appreciated. We had a great vacation and highly recommend this condo so you and your family can make great memories like we did!

Great place to stay, beautiful, well equipped condo.

Aspenwood J12 was an awesome beautiful condo that easily sleeps 5 in beds and a pull out couch. It was clean and very well equipped for cooking and it had 2 humidifiers!! Very short walk to slope and upper village. The pool and hot tubs were fabulous after a day of skiing. My granddaughter said it was the nicest hot tub she has ever been in!!

Great ski in-out condo in Snowmass

I really am glad that I chose this unit over others, slide the patio door open and you have the slope and the hot tub or a short walk to the base area restaurants, I-Trip takes care of their Tenants and are readily available to take care of any issues that may arise. A great value.

Great place Great location

Great accommodations, very comfortable, well stocked. Outstanding location. Steps to village express lift and sky cab. Pool and hot tub steps from unit and very nice. Staff available by text and extremely responsive to any and all needs. Hope to return next year.

Solid four nights at Lichenhearth 24. Great location at base of Snowmass. Truly ski in and a 50 yard walk to lifts. The building is a little dated, but a gem. The unit was clean, well stocked and owner was responsive.

True Ski In Ski Out

My wife and I booked this property last minute for a weekend snowboarding trip. Even with the last-minute booking the reservation and check-in process was seamless. The building and unit itsell are a little dated. If you're expecting brand new accommodations, you won't find that here. We knew what to expect and everything met our expectations. The property management company was great to work with. They were reachable via text whenever we had a question which was very convenient. Everything went smoothly. You can literally ski right up to the patio door. To get to the lifts, it's a very short walk to a stairway and then you can access either the main lift or the gondola. Both the hot tub and pool were working well and never too crowded. Overall, this property was great for what we needed.

Top Tier Property for Aspen/Snowmass

My group of 6 loved our stay at Lichenhearth (Unit 24) Pros: -Incredible Location. 1-3 minute walk to the main lifts (Elk Camp Gondola, Village Express, and the super short gondola that takes you to Snowmass Mall) -Great hot tub and pool that was often empty. -Full kitchen with everything you need. Was able to save a lot of money by cooking our own food. -Price was very reasonable for this perfect location. -2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to Aspen. Cons: It's definitely not the largest property, but we managed just fine with 6 people. Ski gear took up a lot of space, but there was a closet that helped. 3-4 people total would feel much more spacious.

Convenient Ski-in Condo

This was our second time staying in this same condo, and we have loved the convenience both times. It's a quick walk to the slopes in the morning and it's great to ski home directly at the end of the day.

We will return

It was just right for us (couple). We ended up sleeping on separate beds because whoever was on the wall side felt cramped, but OK for just us. Probably would work fine with kids. The hot tub was conveniently located right outside the back door. The jets were a little weak, but it was probably an older tub. It worked for us. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cookware. An unfortunate COVID repercussion is condiments like mustard, etc. are no longer kept between visits.

Great visit

Came out to see the HS Mtn bike races. Condo was perfect. Well maintained, close by, clean and well appointed. They must have hired a professional interior decorator.

Amazing!

This property is amazing. The view out the back patio is awesome. There was actually only 2 of us that stayed in this condo but my daughter son in law and 2 grandkids came over frequently and ate with us. We were there for the TRIPLE CROWN baseball tournament. Which our team won the championship for 14u. Only a few minor concerns and Itrip responded immediately. If you rent this unit, just be aware thats its the first building for unit 24. You cannot see the address or sign comimg up the road, Its only visible coming down the road. Its right next to the gondola taxi that takes you to the Shopping mall up the slope. Pretty cool. It must have hot water on demand as it was right there . Great place. Would definitely stay here again.
