Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The WiFi was weak, which helped everyone disconnect and enjoy family time. Host is fabulous to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend

The house had plenty of space for our family reunion - room for indoor and outdoor activities. It was clean and functional. The kitchen had appliances and dishes that were great to have available. The bathrooms and laundry room were stocked with needed items as well. (Towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)

The inside was nice and cleaned well. The outside however reminded me of my yard and patio after a long fall and winter. Dead leaves, branches and twigs were everywhere. The outside area seemed to have never been blown off, even cob webs, from who knows how many years.

Great Place for our Family

This was the perfect place for our family of 10 adults and 13 children (ages 1-17) to gather! We enjoyed the abundance of space for both indoor and outdoor activities.

Amazing property. The house is extremely large and very well maintained. We had a great time in the playroom with grandkids. Visiting the cows behind the house was a highlight each morning and evening. We hope to come back again with even more family members.

Excellent location for a large family gathering!

We love this property! We returned for a second family reunion. There's a place for everyone and we especially enjoyed the large gathering room. The owner, Heather, was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend it!

Time With Family

This home is just great for a family and/or friends gathering. Plenty of space to be together or apart as needed. Indoor furnishings were comfortable and clean. The patio area needed hosing down, and not all of the outdoor furniture was useable. There are cows next door and a very friendly cat. We were disappointed there were no wine glasses, and the coffee maker was very slow. We would stay again if with a group in this area!

Perfect place for large family gathering

Great Property for Large Group

We had a great stay at this location. The house is spacious, with myltiple "hang out" locations for small group activities within the larger house. Previous reviews mentioned AC and internet concerns, but we didn't have any issues with either in August. The backyard was lovely for kids ro roam about and for a rousing game of capture the flag with shade and a nice seating and BBQ area. The kitchen was spacious, with a nice big island. It was well stocked with instant pot and toaster and bleder and coffee pot and so on. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans. We cooked a lot of from-stratch meals and had everything we needed. The outaide fridge/freezer was very handy. As were the extra folding tables and chairs for 20+ more people. They very generously stocked the house with lots od toilet paper and paper towels and soap and shampoo and conditioner, etc. The downstairs game room and TV room were great for our kids. They loved the space and activities (but were sad the air hockey hasn't working). Understandably, being right by a working dairy farm in August, there were a lot of flies and, sadly, mice. We bought some fly swatters but wished we had bought fly traps. This hasn't a big deal. Most unfortunately, however, several mice got in the house. There were traps around and, to some extent, mice are just an unfortunate happenstance out in the country. However, finding mouse droppings on your bed is pretty startling as is trying to trap/kill a mouse running underneath the couc

Family Reunion 2024

We had a great time at this property. We have grandkids of all ages, everyone had fun. Things to be aware of...its farmland expect flies but trade off is beautiful pasture land views. Great host, very attentive. Sleeps 30 but not in beds. Plan ahead! Id stay here again!

Wonderful Family Reunion!

Family stay

We met our children and their spouse plus their children. It was our first time meeting a couple grand babies that were born in February and march. It was a wonderful visit and the house was perfect for the occasion

Awesome Vacation Rental

Hard to find a vacation rental that offers as much as this place. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Large kitchen. Huge family room, theater room and game room. No close neighbors except the cows. Highly recommend this place for large or small groups.

This place is amazing and Heather is top notch!

The place was huge, immaculate, and so fun. The entire downstairs is great for teens and kiddos. This has everything you need to gather your family and enjoy southeastern Idaho. Heather is very responsive to emails and texts and provided everything we needed. Our trip could not have been better. Thank you so much!
