Spontaneous Getaway

This was a perfect last minute getaway spot! It was very affordable, clean, great communication and everything you could ask for in a beach trip! I would highly recommend this place and look forward to booking in the future!

Exceptional experience for a couple

My husband and I loved the condo. We were hardly indoors because the view draws you to the natural sunlight, the balcony and the beach atmosphere. It is perfect for a couple only. We wish we had planned a longer time. We definitely plan to return.

Orange beach

Condo was clean and was convenient to places on Orange Beach . The condo does have too many pieces of furniture so it is very crowded not a lot of walking room . Needs a few updates and there may be some leaks around the air condition vents or may be from the condo upstairs because there are spots on the ceiling . Overall we had a good experience .

The condo was very nice. The only thing negative is the amount of furniture in such a small place.

Is the amount of furniture in such a small unit. Good thing it was just my wife and I staying here. Other than that we really enjoyed this unit and our stay.

STUNNING VIEWS OF THE GULF!

Loved the fully stocked condo we stayed in for 5 nights. Wished we would have booked it for longer. Next time we will. It is exactly as show in the pictures. Nicely decorated. Beautiful views. The nicest beaches I have ever stayed on. Even better than Siesta Key!

Loved everything about condo and property!

We’ve never had a bed so comfy on vacation but we found hair in the bed and were disappointed about that. The extra fitted sheet in the bed linens provided for the room didn’t fit when we tried to change sheets. But, we still enjoyed our stay in this condo 100 percent!

Great condo

Beautiful Condo! Always a beautiful experience!

I have stayed in this condo almost every time I have visited OB for the last 15-20 years. Every year we come, the owners have done something new to enhance the unit. We love the comfort of the furniture and the bright cheery colors. It has a magnificent view from the balcony. It is quite roomy and spacious and is stocked with everything you need for a beach retreat! It's a wonderful condo and I look forward to coming back this year as well!

Gorgeous Condo on the beach!

This was my first time staying in unit 3073 and it won't be my last. I have been coming to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for years now and have stayed in some nice condos, but I would rank this one above the rest. It is very spacious for a one bedroom. The furniture is much nicer than most I have stayed in and the colors are very warm and inviting. The condo is located on the 7th floors which makes for spectacular views from the balcony. We most certainly recommend this condo for your next stay. We have booked our next stay already!

The condo was great for 2 people,very nicely furnished and updated,the balcony is also as good as it looks and fairly private and we had no noise issues.The Phoenix complex although 20 years old is well maintained,including the pools and hot tubs, the staff also was courteous and helpful.This is also centrally located and close to everything,restaurants,stores and whatever else you may need for the beach.PS and yes the beach really is that close!

Very nice for a couple

This one bedroom condo was adequate for a couple but really too small for an additional 2 people. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and the furniture nicer than most but it is too large and too much for the small rooms. The balcony overlooking the gulf was a favorite place. 7th floor location was nice however the buildings are showing age. Overall very nice for the money.
