Denna 4 sovrums penthouse-svit pÄ 15 vÄningen ligger vid havet och erbjuder spektakulÀr utsikt över det blÄ Atlanten. Denna lÀgenhet erbjuder ett sovrum med havsutsikt med king size-sÀng och tillgÄng till den enorma strandpromenadstranden runt balkongen. BefÀlhavaren har bÀnkskivor i granit, dubbla fÄfÀngar, en stor jacuzzi-badkar, en separat dusch och en klÀdkammare samt klinkergolv. Location is awesome, communication is great. It does need to be updated, the carpet is torn in one of the bedrooms, garbage disposal was leaking. Otherwise, we still enjoyed our stay

Very nice location , if traveling with older adults not very friendly bathroom utilization not ADA compliant at all. Not all TV’s would work properly, could not control temp in the unit at all. Entire unit needs to be refreshed with new furniture as well. View and space on balcony was the best part and location

Family vacation

Came to celebrate daughter’s 17th birthday and had a total of 8 people. The space was perfect for us, the beach being so close was amazing!! Having a fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking and making snacks for 6 teenagers. The host was easy to communicate with and we will be staying there again!

Large clean space but needs new beds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the size of the space and the amenities of the building. The only negative were the beds. They were very uncomfortable. Soft, noisy when rolling over to the point of waking you up. I would stay again if I new they upgraded their mattresses!

Beautiful view, apartment needs update

The view was amazing. Best part of the stay, no matter the hour of day. The apartment itself, is in need of a thorough cleaning. Tile floors were dirty in need of a very thorough scrubbing. I would also suggest an upgrade to mattresses, living room carpet and sofa. The view overshadowed our concerns, but would only rebook with upgrades as stated.

It was okay
. Very rundown penthouse.

Beds were awful with springs coming out of the mattresses. The beds squeaked with any movement. The neighbors smoked ALOT. Anytime you go out to enjoy the view, you just smell smoke! Also very poorly stocked unit. Hardly any extra blankets. The patio furniture is so worn that we all were scared to sit as we might fall through. The location and views were great!

Wonderful beach spot

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The wrap around porch is lovely and has a great view. The multiple pools were a huge hit with the kids in our crew. A couple of restaurants walkable and others a quick drive. Definitely recommend!

You could see for miles in both directions and the massive balcony made it perfect for ocean watching. The management company was always quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to locate and return an item we left to us.

Fall Getaway

Great location on the ocean. We stayed in one of the penthouses which had a large balcony. All the rooms were comfortable and the living room was very spacious. Only issue I had was with the vent in the back bathroom which wasn’t working. Not a big deal though

Amazing View!!

Our group of 8 had a great time. The condo was perfect for a large group. We didn’t feel crowded at all. Had an issue with the AC shortly after checkin, but they were super speedy and sent maintenance up right away to fix it. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great Location

The property was clean and served well for a group of 8 in 4 separate bedrooms. The beach is at your doorstep. The pools were clean, but hot tub jets weren't working. Lots of excellent restaurants within minutes, as well as access to central Myrtle Beach via Ocean Blvd.
