Denna 4 sovrums penthouse-svit på 15 våningen ligger vid havet och erbjuder spektakulär utsikt över det blå Atlanten. Denna lägenhet erbjuder ett sovrum med havsutsikt med king size-säng och tillgång till den enorma strandpromenadstranden runt balkongen. Befälhavaren har bänkskivor i granit, dubbla fåfängar, en stor jacuzzi-badkar, en separat dusch och en klädkammare samt klinkergolv. Det andra rummet har en king size-säng, det tredje rummet har en queen size-säng och det fjärde sovrummet har två queen size-sängar. Andra funktioner inkluderar platt-TV, fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit. Denna lägenhet skapar en stor och rymlig vistelse för dig och dina gäster. It was okay…. Very rundown penthouse.

Beds were awful with springs coming out of the mattresses. The beds squeaked with any movement. The neighbors smoked ALOT. Anytime you go out to enjoy the view, you just smell smoke! Also very poorly stocked unit. Hardly any extra blankets. The patio furniture is so worn that we all were scared to sit as we might fall through. The location and views were great!

Stunning Views and Centrally Located

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A large top floor unit in the middle of everything. You could see for miles in both directions and the massive balcony made it perfect for ocean watching. The management company was always quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to locate and return an item we left to us.

Fall Getaway

Great location on the ocean. We stayed in one of the penthouses which had a large balcony. All the rooms were comfortable and the living room was very spacious. Only issue I had was with the vent in the back bathroom which wasn’t working. Not a big deal though

Wonderful beach spot

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The wrap around porch is lovely and has a great view. The multiple pools were a huge hit with the kids in our crew. A couple of restaurants walkable and others a quick drive. Definitely recommend!

Condition needs work. Tile floor dirty...needs good steam clean. Lots of mold in master shower. Bath fixtures falling off wall and ceiling.

Amazing View!!

Our group of 8 had a great time. The condo was perfect for a large group. We didn’t feel crowded at all. Had an issue with the AC shortly after checkin, but they were super speedy and sent maintenance up right away to fix it. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great Location

The property was clean and served well for a group of 8 in 4 separate bedrooms. The beach is at your doorstep. The pools were clean, but hot tub jets weren't working. Lots of excellent restaurants within minutes, as well as access to central Myrtle Beach via Ocean Blvd.

First visit

This was our first time staying on this property and have to say that it is lovely. The pools and lazy river are adequately sized and we're not crowded during the entirety of our stay. The unit fit our needs well for the week. I was surprised to find that there were no curtains on the living room windows. We had an issue during the stay where the dryer died early in the week, but the management and the owner had the dryer replaced by the end of the week, so only a minor inconvenience. The shower in the master suite wasn't very well cleaned upon check-in (there was hair on the wall) and there were cleaning towels on one of the beds that had been used for cleaning. Other than that, there were no issues with our stay. We will strongly consider this property again for our next trip to the beach!
