Main Level - a wrap-around porch complete with a gas grill, gas fire pit with plenty of rocking chairs for everyone to enjoy.

Lower Level - equipped with a 6-person jacuzzi overlooking the scenic views, and two private lounge chairs connected to bedroom 3.

Upper Level - private balcony (master bedroom) with seating area and beautiful mountain views.☆☆

LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The main-level living room is located next to the open-concept kitchen and dining area. It features a cozy stone gas fireplace, a smart TV with streaming services, and a seating area. The space offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with modern comforts, beautiful stonework, and large windows showcasing the scenic outdoor views.

For those working remotely, in the loft above you’ll find a modest workstation for all your home-office needs including a desk, chair, whiteboard, reading nook, and of course high-speed WiFi Fiver Internet!

The basement game room features a multiplayer arcade game, pool table, foosball, board games, puzzles and more. Enjoy the electric fireplace, a smart TV with streaming services and barstool seating area. It’s the perfect hangout for family and friends, complete with direct access to the outdoor deck.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING AREA ☆☆

The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for a large family holiday meal. It includes (but not limited to) all the required flatware (knives, forks, spoons), dinnerware (plates and bowls), Cookware (baking sheets, baking pans, mixing bowls), extra kitchen knives, pots and pans and more. Grab your morning coffee from the Keurig Single-Serve or the 12 cup regular drip. There is also a toaster, measuring utensils, wine glasses, plastic glasses, a blender, a hand mixer, a crockpot and more. There is a stainless steel appliance package including a 4-burner oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. When it comes time to enjoy your meals or drinks, you can cozy up to the 6-person dining table or grab a seat at the kitchen island including four bar stools.

With 3 full bedrooms plus a trundle daybed in the game room, this spacious cabin is the perfect setup for an extended family or a group of friends.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed - A 2nd-level master private ensuite with shower and dual vanity. Also includes a private balcony for morning coffee and mountain views. Amenities include a Smart TV, high speed WiFi, streaming capabilities, a large dresser for clothing storage.

Bedroom 2 - King Bed - Located off the kitchen and has mountain views through the main level porch. Includes a large smart TV, streaming services, and a full size mirror. The shared bathroom is right next door and opens up to the kitchen.

Bedroom 3 - King Bed - Lower Level - Optional ensuite with shower/tub combo and direct access to the lower deck and private sitting area. Includes an electric fireplace, smart TV, streaming services, and blackout curtains. The optional ensuite is also accessible to the common area.

Sleeping Area - Game Room - There are twin trundle beds located in the game room, as well as a queen air mattress if needed, as well as extra pillows and blankets provided. This is the perfect setup for the sleeping overflow space needed when traveling with young children & teenagers.

✹ We are a Pet-Friendly Home. Each dog accepted will have a $100 pet fee per stay. Your Pet Must Be Listed On Your Reservation or You Will Be Charged an Additional Pet Fee Upon Arrival

✹ There is a strict neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. A $500 fine will be assessed for any noise complaints received from the HOA.

✹ Firewood - Guests are responsible for bringing/providing their own firewood. Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to provide some as hosts.

✹ We provide a good start for toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/pods, sugar/creamer, laundry/dishwasher pods, and some essentials. Be aware you may need to buy more, depending on your length of stay.
