PARKING: Plenty of parking outside the cabin with room for a trailer, snowmobiles, etc. Ample boat/pontoon docking space.
PET FRIENDLY: We welcome your furry friends (maximum 3 dogs). Dogs must not be left alone in the cabin. We offer an in-home pet sitting service if you need to leave your dogs for a few hours.
FISHING & WILDLIFE: Little Moose Lake is a popular spot for anglers, with opportunities to catch crappies, sunfish, northern pike, muskie, walleye, and bass. It's also a fantastic place for wildlife enthusiasts, with frequent sightings of deer, turtles, beavers, muskrats, loons, and more. ADVENTURE: We provide two kayaks for you to use and encourage you to bring your own toys to fully enjoy the lake. The nearby scenic hiking/biking trails and beaches offer additional opportunities for exploration.
WINTER FUN: Winter at Little Moose Cabin is just as exciting as summer. Hit the snowmobile trail right from the cabin or enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing just a few miles down the road. Ice fishing is also a popular winter activity.
PLEASE NOTE: We (the owners) live in the house next door to the cabin. We value your privacy and we want you to enjoy your stay, so we will generally keep a low profile. We have one dog and two cats. Our dog, Missy, will always be under control during your stay. You might see the cats outside from time to time in the warmer months.
