The home welcomes you with style and comfort. The back deck calls you out to sit, relax, and enjoy a cookout. Enjoy your favorite streamed shows on the 72` television in the living room. The coffee area offers a full view of the fenced in back yard.
This north Macon home is situated in a great neighborhood, close to local restaurants, shops and attractions. Two minutes from Kroger and lots of restaurants. And only 10 minutes from downtown Macon.
Parties and Events are not allowed.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a minimum fee of $500 due to payment for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only.

Home is located in a quiet subdivision on a corner lot. Close to shopping, restaurants, and family activities.
House has a 2-car garage. You will need transportation to get to activities.
=> We do not accept partial payments.
=> Make yourself at home! Relax and unwind!
=> Pets are not allowed on furniture or bed.
=> No smoking of any type inside.
=> If using fireplace, make sure the fire is out before leaving premises or going to bed
=> Please report any damages immediately.
=> Please lock all doors when leaving the premises and upon check out.
