Peaceful Clinton Retreat in Olde Towne
Tucked at the edge of a quiet wooded lot, this fully updated 3BR/2BA traditional home offers peace and convenience. With a brand-new kitchen, modern baths, and all-new appliances, itâs both serene and smart - just .5 mile from Mississippi College, Baptist Hospital, and the Olde Towne Districtâs eateries.
We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.
**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 21 Years of Age.**
House Rules: No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or an event.
Pet policy: No animals allowed. The backyard is not fenced. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

Monroe Street is less than a mile from Olde Towne so you are very close to MS College and the great restaurants and shops downtown yet you have the wooded area that gives you the peace and quiet. It is a great house!
