Our Residence is a 8 bedroom 4 bath Diamond Ranch style home located on almost a 1/2 acre of land with private entry, Oasis Outdoor Pool and Heated 10 Person Hot Spa.
The Main House features an open floor plan with large kitchen including spacious counter tops and stainless steel appliances, extended dining room, formal living room and all with hardwood floors throughout. Extended Seating Lounge area and Coffee Station.
Kitchen will have multiple cooking areas, Large Barn Sink, Full Refrigerator/Freezer, Dual Microwaves, Large Stainless Steel Oven & Stove, and Cooking Utensils for every stay. Cooking Seasonings are available with additional optional grocery delivery services.
Coffee Station will have Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, and Expresso Machine for every morning delight!
Main Living Space will have a large 65in Roku Smart TV with connections to Roku Channels and Hulu Streaming Services. HDMi cables available for request.
The Master Owner's Suite is located on the Main Home featuring a large closet, step-in shower full bathroom. Dual Sinks with Hair Dryers available for every stay.
There are 3 additional King Guest Bedrooms that share a full bath as well as another full bath on this floor. All located in the Main Home.
Studio Generational Suite is a gu has its own entrance from the outside along with its own kitchenette/bar area perfect for entertaining guests or staying in at night Our generational suite is located adjoining the main house with access to the pool area and has its own private entrance from inside out as well as from outside in through our courtyard area. It features 2 bedrooms (King Bedroom/ Dual Queen Bedroom) with their own Full Bathroom making it perfect for guests or extended families visiting during the holidays. 65in TV is available in the lounge space. Mini Refrigerator and Laundry is available in the Suite.
Our Honeymoon Casita is located alongside the main house with access to the pool area and has its own private entrance from from outside in through our courtyard area. It features 2 Guest Bedrooms (King/ Dual Queen) with their own bathroom making it perfect for extended multi-generational families or private groups. Full Kitchen with Refrigerator/Freezer, Gas Oven/Stove, and Laundry available. Full Patio area available overlooking the Pool/Spa and BBQ area.
Outdoor Oasis Pool & Hot Spa with an Optional Pool Heated options. Spacious Landscaping with Sun Bathing Chairs, Patio Dining Furniture and BBQ Grill. Spa Heating is Included with every occupancy

Family Amenities: We have a Pack-n-play Set and High Chair available per request. We supply Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Alarm detectors for safety and your comfort. Window Locks in all bedrooms for peace of mind.

This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a short-term rental. This is a shared ownership, which is not a new concept. It helps offset the common expenses between the member/owners. Ownership is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis. We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property. This property can only be used by members of the LLC only.
