â Second bedroom with a cozy full bed.
â Third bedroom with a futon.
â Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.
âTwo (2) clean and sanitized full bathroom
â Free Wi-Fi internet
â Living room with lots of comfy seating & smart TV
â Kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances including a large fridge, stove, and a coffee station.
â A washer and dryer are also ensuite for guests to use.

†Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful community.
†The Pool is closed from September 26 until April 2026.
†The city water is pretty harsh so you'll see sediment build up around the faucets, shower and toilets
†Bookings made within 48â72 hours before check-in have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need an earlier check-in (as early as 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate.
â€We provide basic starter supplies like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few essentials. These are complimentary but not meant to last your entire stay.
