Each bedroom and bathroom is on it's own floor for maximum privacy and room to spread out. The living room (with sleeper sofa) is on a different floor than the kitchen, dining room, and half bath. The condo can comfortably sleep 8 people.

Cook in the brand new remodeled kitchen or eat out. The kitchen has new appliances, a dishwasher and plenty of dishes to accommodate guests. Dining table seats 8 and offers the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play games. There is a small balcony right off the kitchen to enjoy coffee or drinks while getting some sunshine and enjoying the beach breeze. The kitchen level also includes a half bath and pantry. If the rest of your friends and family are sleeping, you can still enjoy your morning coffee or tea without waking anyone up.
