**LAUNDRY** A little saltwater on your clothes is bound to happen, so we have a Washer and Dryer ready for all your laundry needs.
**KITCHEN & DINING** This modern kitchen features all appliances and tools needed for full meal preparation. The kitchen has granite countertops and ample cabinet space holds dishes for your whole crew. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses.
**OUTDOOR SPACE** Enjoy the beautiful Florida sun on the screened front porch where you can wind down with a sunset cocktail for the perfect end to a fun-filled day. ✔ BBQ Grill
**ESSENTIALS** The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so you will always be cool and connected. The laundry room contains beach chairs, umbrella, and a Beach cooler. We make it easy to just relax with your toes in the sand or be active in the water. Keep an eye out for the wildlife! You can often see dolphins playing in the ocean, especially during dusk and dawn. During the winter months, bird watching is almost hard not to do. During the summer, you might be able to see turtles laying eggs at night (just make sure not to disturb or frighten them!)
**GUEST ACCESS** The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

** ENHANCED CLEANING ** We are committed to an enhanced cleaning protocol - a rigorous set of cleaning standards developed with leading health and hospitality experts for the times of COVID-19 and beyond. Please keep in mind that our cleaning services generally take a total of 3 hours, and our cleaning fee is priced accordingly. There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
