Great property with fantastic amenities

This property was great. Just 20 minutes from either the Las Vegas Strip or to Red Rock. We chose this properties for its amenities. It was a great opportunity to get our kids off of their screens and to interact with each other via pool, ping pong, foosball or poker. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay

Just take student to attend conference, hotel happen to run out of weekends, so we stayed vrbo until monday. Nice stay, with TV and laundry.

Climbing trip

The location was what we expected due to research and we liked quick access to the freeway and we could be just about anywhere we wanted to go in Vegas in under 30 minutes.The house could use a good deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. There are some cosmetic issues with the ceiling in the main area of the house. Our boys liked the pool table and ping pong table even though the pool table is slightly warped.Overall it served the purpose we needed.Hideo was quick to communicate and made check-in easy.

Comfortable home

This house worked well for our family of five and a dog. We spent all of our days in the Red Rocks National Conservation Area and did not partake in downtown Vegas activities. It was an easy drive from the airport and lots of access to grocery stores and more. The neighborhood is obviously being rehabilitated and the house has an alarm system which could scare some people away. We felt very safe. The sitting area and beds were comfortable. The place does need a deep cleaning but superficially is clean. The host was responsive. There are plenty of pots and pans and the appliances all work. More dinner plates are needed. It was fun to have the pool table, ping pong table and fooze ball table but be warned that all have seen better days. We would definitely stay in this house again. If you are flexible, it is great. If you are picky, you might have issues.

It was super fun, we loved the games that were offered! The rooms were perfect, there was great space for the 5 of us plus our dog! We love that it’s animal friendly! All rooms were clean, bathrooms wee as well! I would 100 percent book again! So much fun!

Vegas getaway!

Was in town for a convention and our wedding! The place was taken care of and the owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The only negatives I have are the place needs a lil cleaning (dusting and such) the master bathroom has a extra shower head but it can definitely have overspray to the outside and there’s no fan but there’s a lil window. The neighbors have some dogs that can be a bit much but they tend to chill out after a while. The negatives don’t out way the positives and would stay again.

Wedding Weekend

We were there for my wedding, and my adult children and spouses stayed with us. The ping-pong table was a big hit. The living room is very spacious with enough seating for everyone. The property was about a 10-minute drive to Downtown Las Vegas. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

It looks nicer online. We were not crazy about the location. It didn’t seem to be a safe neighborhood. Especially when you see bars on doors and windows.

Perfect place for us.

Had to help a family member move to LV. This was the perfect place for me and my brothers to hang out after some long days. Great location and good amenities. Great communication with the host.

Lots of space for a big group, convenient location!

Overall, this place was great! Lots of room for our large group of 10 to spread out and plenty of space for everyone. The property seems to need some repair, but that didn’t have a real effect on our stay, as everything was in great working order. The master bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan, so it did get very warm

Great House in Vegas

This house was exactly what was portrayed in the listing and exactly what we needed. My 2 brothers and I stayed in this home together for a brothers vacation. We all had plenty of space to spread out in the living room and each bedroom had a good amount of space and the 2 full baths accommodated us well. House was clean and ready for us to stay in and the host was very nice and communicative. Would recommend this for a small family or group of friends to stay in. Location was great - we got to the Vegas Strip between 12 - 18 minutes depending on where along the strip we wanted to go and also park in one of the casino garages. In short, this house was great!

Not what I expected, but maybe my expectation was too high for the price.

The place was not very clean. After waking on the floors in our socks for an hour, you can see how dirty the place that was just cleaned that morning was. The a/c air intake had hair on it. The a/c in one of the rooms was not working at all and one other room had minimal air flow also. The third room was cool enough. In the kitchen, the rice cooker that was advertised was not onsite. The places was outfitted with smoke detectors, but their green ready light was not on so I suspect the system was not operational. I did not try to test the system myself since I had young kids with me. Overall, we were disappointed, but in after thought, we chose a cheaper priced listing.
