- Lounge and garden seating with firepit and Tiki torches throughout the yard for that added ambiance

We are also family-friendly and welcome children of all ages. We have a unique kid-friendly room with 2 bunk beds, bean bag, and toddler furniture.
You will find an array of children/teen books and coloring books, games and outdoor play options to keep the whole family occupied.

- For your peace of mind, we do have exterior cameras on the property, They're places only in public facing areas like the driveway, entry points, strictly for safety and property protection, We want to ensure a secure environment for all our guests, while fully respecting your privacy - there are no cameras in any private or indoor spaces. Like most hotel properties, it's just part of how we maintain a safe, comfortable experience for everyone staying at the resort.

I'm Lisa, born and raised in Canada I've always had a natural love for hospitality, providing great service comes naturally to me. That joy shows in the small, thoughtful touches you'll find throughout the property, from curated welcome baskets to personalized local recommendations, My goal is to make each guest feel cared for and completely at ease.
Tre, my husband, was born and raised in New York and brings his calm, grounded energy to everything he does. He's an experienced Optician specializing in luxury eyewear, and he's also the one guests often enjoy chatting with around the property. He's friendly, helpful and always happy to lend a hand when needed.
Together, we've created Coconut Trail Resort as a quiet resort-style getaway where guests- families, couples or small groups- can relax and enjoy the best of South Florida. We're close to Lake Osborne and the beach, and we take pride in offering a clean, welcoming space with all the comforts of home.

We chose this neighborhood for its peaceful charm, central location, and beautiful potential. It's tucked away on a quiet private street with only 2 homes, which gives a rare send of seclusion- something we knew guests would appreciate. At the same time, it's just 2 minutes from Lake Osborne, we we can launch our jet skis or go boating & fishing within minutes, ad just 2 minutes from I95, making it easy to reach beaches, restaurants and attractions.
What really made this property stand out was the opportunity to create a resort-style experience. The landscaping potential was incredible - with space for a poolside hammock area, a relaxing hot tub zone, a covered porch for lounging and even small boat access for guests. Plus, it's the only multi-level home in the area, giving us an unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset from the porch and back terrace.
It offered the perfect combination of privacy experience, and natural beauty, an we knew it was the right place to create a truly special guest experience and excited to share it with you.
What really made this property stand out was the opportunity to create a resort-style experience. The landscaping potential was incredible - with space for a poolside hammock area, a relaxing hot tub zone, a covered porch for lounging and even small boat access for guests.
