Family Getaway

This cabin was great. It exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed our stay in Bearly Rustic cabin. It met our needs wonderfully. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the large deck.

Family time

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our children and grandchildren. The home was perfect for all of us. The kids loved the hot tub, pool table and swings. The adults loved rocking on the porches. The indoor pool right across the street was very nice. The outdoor grill was wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

Great location

This was our 4th year staying at this property. The layout is perfect for our group needs. The location is perfect for getting to the LeConte center quickly. We are disappointed that the pool is no longer available during this time of year, that truly made our stay perfect.

Great place!

We had a great time here. It is in a great location near the strip and Dollywood. We had an issue with the fridge not being as cool as it should be and they were very prompt in resolving the issue! We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was beautiful. But was disappointed only got get in pool one day it was closed the rest the time we was there our kids loves swimming that was one the reasoning we wanted stay there. It was very peaceful though

Perfect location

This is our 7th time to the area and 4th stay at this cabin. Booking for stay 5 soon. You will not find a better location that is secluded BUT has a pool across the street for kids. Sitting on porch in rocking chairs watching my grandkids run down the hill to pool is the best! . Love this cabin, the owners and the property manager.

Great place to stay

Upon check in, one of the beds did not have a fitted sheet on it, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. The property is in a great location in a gated community so we felt safe in leaving our trailer full of supplies while we were on the town. There was more than enough room for the 10 of us that stayed. We would recommend this property for your next stay in this area!

We have stayed at this cabin twice now. The last stay was great. Two of the bathrooms were redone, and they were beautiful. Owners and cleaning representatives were nice and helpful. Will rent this again in the future.

Nice & Lots of Room.

We had stayed in this cabin b4. Lots of sitting room & Sleeping room. We stayed all weekend and never left. Kitchen is big even where everyone sat while cooking to socialize. We also played board games and did plenty of crafts for the kids. We would recommend anyone to choose this cabin. Clean and Nice. Had up dated bathrooms and the downstairs was a hit with kids.

Multigenerational Family Trip

What an excellent stay this was! Our family stayed together and fit very comfortably! The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice! It was the perfect size and as listed fit the 16 of us with no problem! The kitchen is fully equipped with literally anything you could possibly need! The communication was great and the inside and out was clean! It honestly felt like someone let you borrow their own home, so comfortable, quite and peaceful! We will definitely be back and will tell all of our friends! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

50th Wedding Anniversary Family trip

The property was perfect for our group of 10. Age range from 8-76. 4 couples and 2 children, 8 and 16 Ease of use to get to the pool. Close to Gatlinburg and provides more direct access as well to go to Cades Cove and whitewater rafting. Excellent communication with the owner and the cleaner. No issues at all Very nice place. Plan to rent from again.

Overall great vacation.

The cabins location was perfect and the layout was great. Bathrooms newly renovated and beautiful. The rest of the cabin could definitely use some updating and the cobwebs dusted. The cabin was well stocked. But there were so many dishes there was no open cabinets for food storage. Also because we vacations with small babies, baby gates for the steps would’ve been a nice touch. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and with those few things fixed we’d book this cabin time and time again.

Barely Rustic needs some TLC

Great cabin for our 3 family crew.. Just needs some of the electrical work updated ( outlets and some lighting fixtures desperately need to be replaced). Wireless internet virtually nonexistent. However, the hot tub & pool table were a hit with the kids and the pool access was just a short walk from the cabin. We will definitely stay at Barely Rustic again.

Hi we are 3 sets of family members who co/own the cabin together. The cabin is a great gathering place for us all. We enjoy going all different times of the year .

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this property for the simple reason it is spacious for our families to gather together, the location is great, easy and close to everything. There is enough room for the kids to be downstairs playing while the others are doing their own thing...talking, watching a game, grilling, cooking, etc. It is just across from the pool, which delights the entire family especially the kids, just walk down the driveway and you are there. All in all it is just a great place for a large group to be together.

Spacious size makes it great for large families. Across from the pool, and only 1 mile from Dollywood and Splash Country, close to all the attractions and shopping
