Hoopers Island Retreat
Hoopers Island is where coastal comfort meets waterfront luxury! This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 5 bed, 2.5-bathroom waterfront escape offers 2,400 sq ft of light-filled, thoughtfully designed space and stunning views of the Chesapeake Bay from nearly every room.
**We are also currently adding a full GAME ROOM to the garage!! Ready end of June 2025! **
Step inside and instantly feel at ease in this light and airy home, tastefully styled with a modern coastal vibe and scenic views in every direction. Whether you're here to relax, reconnect, or explore the beauty of the water, this space offers the perfect setting for it all.
Sleeping arrangements feature both comfort and character. The spacious primary king suite offers peaceful water views and a loft with a comfortable queen sized bed, while the second queen bedroom provides a tranquil escape. The third bedroom is a charming room with two single beds!
Gather in the welcoming living room, where oversized windows fill the space with natural light and frame breathtaking views of the water. Cook like a pro in the gourmet kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a custom driftwood island. Whether itâs a quick breakfast at the island or a family-style dinner at the built-in dining nook, mealtime is always a treat with views this good.
Two bathrooms are spa-inspired and fully updated with heated tile floors, custom tilework, and even a heated bidet toilet! One bathroom also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. An additional half bath adds extra convenience for guests.
Outdoor living is where this home truly shines! Step onto the covered porch or patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. Sink into comfortable seating areas, lounge in the sun on the chaise loungers, sway in the hammock swings, or gather around the outdoor dining set for a memorable waterfront meal.
The private dock invites you to experience the best of the coastâlaunch a kayak or paddleboard, try your hand at crabbing and fishing, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. After a day on the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower and head inside to relax.
