Beautiful and comfortable house in RIUMAR, in the Ebro Delta area, with a private rectangular pool (7 x 3 m, 1 - 90 cm deep, seasonal availability: January 1 - December 31) with internal staircase. Located on private property (fenced). Located 350 meters from the beach. Free Wi-Fi.
Ground floor house. Comfortable and pleasant furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio and pool. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, kitchenware, iron, mosquito net, etc.). Bath/bidet/WC. AIR conditioning, hot air conditioning. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sun loungers (2), porch. Fenced parking space at the house. Cot for children up to 2 years old. Family-friendly. 2 pets/dogs are welcome (âŹ25 supplement per pet per stay).

Ideal for anglers (special fishing programs), deep-sea or freshwater. Boats for rent for Curri fishing with great catches of both river and sea fish. Cycling and hiking excursions along the GR-92, and by car to the Ebro Delta, MontsiĂ , Terra Alta, Priorat, and PeñĂscola.
