The property was clean and well described. The air conditioning was very good. We were on the 3rd floor and it stayed cool all day. The only complaint was the TV in the master bedroom did not have sound. Loved the location as well.

The perfect place to call home . Glenda has made this place the perfect atmosphere to stay in , clean, plenty of necessities and extras for families to enjoy. Thank You Glenda, For making my Granddaughters 9th Birthday a dream come true , No need to even go to the main beach as you can just walk a few feet out and be on the private little beach where the kids can enjoy so much. including the private pool. Plenty of space, Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with, grill on the back deck and she includes bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and things to play in the sand. I want to go back already . Safety was a major factor as this location is private and just a few feet away from the pool, white sand and beach without being worried about the crowds

We were extremely satisfied with the spaciousness and cleanliness of this property. All of the rooms were well appointed and the Master’s Suite upstairs was HUGE! Having a garage door opener was a bonus and we used the provided beach cart/wagon to haul nice beach chairs to the beach. The garage was large enough to park our full size pick up inside although we just parked it in the driveway. Our host communicated well insuring all we had to do was arrive and walk in. Location is close to the beach, the bay and some of Navarre Beach’s most popular restaurants. Highly recommend!

The views and location of the townhouse was fantastic! We loved the pool-was really nice having bathrooms there too. I enjoyed the beach on the sound every morning and also beautiful sunsets! The unit itself needs some TLC. The carpet is very worn and to the top floor where the primary bedroom was it was pulled away at the stairs-made me nervous that I would trip. The primary bedroom would get a bit warm even with curtains pulled. If you are looking for a great location with lots of room this is a great property.

Great stay for the family!The place was very clean and tidy. Sunsets were gorgeous. Great location!We only saw a couple of bugs but they were just as we were leaving. Would have liked a bike pump for the bikes, but we never messaged anyone about that so not a big deal. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros** very clean, comfortable and spacious! Loved the closeness of the pool and bay side! Cons** too many flights of stairs, required to wash the dishes and towels before the we left after paying a cleaning fee, pool/beach equipment not in good shape but did keep us from having to buy chairs , also had to replace boogie board as it was broke in half and bycicle tires were flat so couldn't ride them. Overall experience was great!

Thank you for your review. The boogie boards are not furnished by me. Vacationers leave those. Sorry the tires were low on bikes. For the cleaning fee that is for a very deep clean after you leave. It’s a standard practice to have all the dishes washed and towels and leave reasonably clean. So happy you enjoyed your stay at Navarre Beach.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Glenda was a very responsive and attentive host. We had a few minor issues/questions and she was very prompt in responding. Access to the property was easy. Great location. Fantastic views. Spacious townhouse. Would be great for two couples, three individuals (each will have a bedroom) or family with kids. Comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom (only one we used). Sunset views from the dock were incredible. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

This townhome was great for our stay in Navarre Beach. The price was very reasonable. We loved the extras of kayaks, paddle boards, and other beach gear! Perfect for a relaxing vacation that we were looking for.Glenda was great with answering all my questions and making accommodations for us.My only complaint was that the pool was down for maintenance as we had specifically looked for a place with a pool. However, this was not Glenda's fault. She didn't know about it ahead of time. We ended spending our time on the beach anyway and greatly enjoyed our stay.

Really nice community really quiet and calm we love the pool and love the way it was just about 7 min walk to the beach. We dint pack any beach supplies they had everything the house was nice and clean the rooms were great size

The host was very friendly with communications and was very helpful to us when our flight got delayed. The home was in a great location as it was close to the pier for fishing, restaurants within walking distance. the beach right across the street. They also have a beach right on the property. A boat dock and pool we did not swim as it was December but would be great. The home had beautiful views and accommodated us with space. We enjoyed quiet time then had grandchildren over for the weekend to celebrate Christmas. Would recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Family vibes

We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Short drive to the beach and very short walk to the pool and pier. I have never stayed in a place that had a garage and that was a very nice accommodation dealing with sand!

The property was even more beautiful than the photos. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing host or stay. The aesthetic was phenomenal. The home was in great condition and the neighbors were friendly. Our teens were happy to have the pool as well as the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Family beach vacation

We had a great time at the beach. The beach house was wonderful, very roomy, clean, pool was great, nice to have pier access, enjoyed having the kayaks, paddleboard, and other beach supplies. Liked being near the Navarre fishing pier and restaurants. Mrs. Glenda is a great host and very responsive.

Location and Fun

This property is in a great location and has all the beach gear and kayaks to have a fun time. The pool was clean and enjoyable too. A few things we needed help with and the owner was very quick to respond.

We are the Hayes Family. My husband and I purchased this home in the 80's when our children were young. We have spent many summer vacations with family here over the years. Our children and their friends roamed the beaches fishing/crabbing, waterskiing and all other activities. Now we are enjoying it with our grandchild and adult children.
