My stay at this villa was truly excellent. The home is beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, with every detail designed for comfort. The staff consisting of Rainford the Butler, Miss Bev our chef, Kesha in housekeeping and Gordon our gardener made the experience outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The sea views are breathtaking from morning to night, and the property feels peaceful and private while still being close to everything you might need. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already thinking about returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Everything about the stay was perfect. While the house was still recovering from the hurricane the host and staff did everything possible to make our trip incredible. Couldn't recommend more!

THANKS WALDEN, we are happy that you enjoyed your stay. As you see it's a challenge in Jamaica getting contractors to show up to work. I am happy to know my staff performed to the standard to which they are expected. your referral would be appreciated, and we will always do our best to ensure a memorable stay for our clients

Awesome family trip

Perfect Villa for our family of 5. Only complaint would be that we ate too much because the food was delicious! We’ve been to Jamaica many many times, but this was by far our most relaxing experience.

What can I say from the host to the staff, everyone was super nice and professional, these hosts is like a long lost aunt, she ensured my daughters dinner went off without any issues. I wish I could rate this place a 10*

Wonderful stay!

Camille, Desmond, and all of the staff at the house were absolutely excellent! The house was extremely clean and the staff was meticulous about keeping the rooms in order. The chef was also excellent - there was no need to eat out. Would highly recommend for a family or friends gathering - just remember to bring bug spray!

Comfortable, Memorable, Amazing experience

This villa looks exactly how its pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The villa was very clean, modern and well kept. The butler, Desmond and cook, Patricia made sure that we were always well fed and taken care of. The owner hired a band for my birthday! It was amazing and I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful view and house

Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking.

Perfection

We had a wonderful time at Caribbean Jewel Villa. We were a party of seven, myself and my husband, our college daughters, our grandson and his wife, and my mother-in-law. We were overwhelmed with the hospitality from Desmond and his staff. They made our stay one of the best we’ve had in Jamaica. Beverly‘s food was out of this world. Our driver Norman was so accommodating and such a lovely person. We miss Desmond already. He was such a beautiful person and so much fun to talk to.

Staying at the Jewel

I had a wonderful time here in Jamaica. My family and I really enjoyed the staff. We were not use to anyone catering to us like that. The chef was excellent. The food was just great. Over all everything was just great. I can go on and on but I will come back again. Oh yeah! I got to tell you that our driver Mr. Norman took real good care of us. Great place to stay.

From the initial booking and working with property manager Camille to getting to the property the entire process was seamless. Personnel was attentive and personable. Desmond and the team ensured all our needs were met. We elected to cancel a day of excursions to stay on property as it was so beautiful! Kudos to Mrs Beverly the cook who is a true gem! We willl definitely visit again!

Gorgeous Retreat In Paradise

From arrival to departure, this venue and host was top tier by far. The villa is very well managed and maintained. The house staff was exceptional and the house chef serves the best food in Montego Bay. My guest and I were beyond spoiled by the care and detail that was afforded us while staying here. If you are looking for a super host that is hands on and takes pride in the service you receive while enjoying a vacation, look no further. Camille is the best! There was no stone left unturned to ensure we enjoyed our stay! We will be back again and again.
