Awesome family trip

Perfect Villa for our family of 5. Only complaint would be that we ate too much because the food was delicious! We’ve been to Jamaica many many times, but this was by far our most relaxing experience.

Perfection

We had a wonderful time at Caribbean Jewel Villa. We were a party of seven, myself and my husband, our college daughters, our grandson and his wife, and my mother-in-law. We were overwhelmed with the hospitality from Desmond and his staff. They made our stay one of the best we’ve had in Jamaica. Beverly‘s food was out of this world. Our driver Norman was so accommodating and such a lovely person. We miss Desmond already. He was such a beautiful person and so much fun to talk to.

This was my first time booking a vacation home internationally, as I typically opt for all-inclusive resorts. However, traveling with a group of 10, I decided to try something different—and I'm glad I did. The property matched the photos exactly, the staff was exceptional, and the chef's meals were absolutely delicious. The host maintained excellent communication throughout the process and ensured everything was well-prepared before our arrival.One suggestion I would make to future guests is to consider handling your own grocery shopping to avoid any potential confusion and unnecessary money spent.

AMAZING FAMILY EXPERIENCE

This property is absolutely exquisite and was the perfect venue for our recent family vacation. The photos do not do justice to the beauty and majesty of this property. Each family member had their own living area with ensuite bathrooms, and an ocean view. The home comes complete with staff (including but not limited to a butler and private chef). All the staff members were the consummate professionals who were kind and attentive to our every need. I'm so glad we made the decision to hire the private driver. It was the icing on the cake! EVERY single day, it felt like we were staying at a luxury island resort. The owner, Camille is an absolute joy and made sure I had all the information I needed to make this a very special moment for my family. I am already looking at my calendar for the moment I can return again! :)

An Epic 55th Birthday Trip To Remember

The Carribean Jewel exceeded my expectations, the online pictures & description only scratches the surface of the beautiful vibe this place offers it's guests. This was my first time renting a Villa and it was so worth it! Me and 5 of my inner circle sisters, can't express enough how much our stay meant to us. Camille and Jaime are wonderful owners & made sure we had everything before arriving. The staff (Desmond, Shawne, Keisha, & Donald) were phenominal in taking care of us. Chef Beverly's food was outstanding. She had me eating things I normally don't eat! Special shoutout to Desmond for making sure my Birthday Dinner by the Pool was amazing, along with the steel band musician, whom we sang and danced with. One more special shoutout, and that's for our driver Norman who took good care of us, while out and about on the roads, traveling to various places we went. This was truly an experience that all 6 of us are grateful to God to have been apart of. We laughed, talked, cried, sang, danced, grew in our understanding about life lifeing right now, swam at the villa and Doctor's Cave Beach, ate at Pier 1 Resturant, and went grocery shopping. I'm so glad I chose the right place, to celebrate and start chapter 55 of my life!!!

Beautiful view and house

Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking.

Gorgeous Retreat In Paradise

From arrival to departure, this venue and host was top tier by far. The villa is very well managed and maintained. The house staff was exceptional and the house chef serves the best food in Montego Bay. My guest and I were beyond spoiled by the care and detail that was afforded us while staying here. If you are looking for a super host that is hands on and takes pride in the service you receive while enjoying a vacation, look no further. Camille is the best! There was no stone left unturned to ensure we enjoyed our stay! We will be back again and again.

Wonderful stay!

Camille, Desmond, and all of the staff at the house were absolutely excellent! The house was extremely clean and the staff was meticulous about keeping the rooms in order. The chef was also excellent - there was no need to eat out. Would highly recommend for a family or friends gathering - just remember to bring bug spray!

This villa looks exactly how its pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The villa was very clean, modern and well kept. The butler, Desmond and cook, Patricia made sure that we were always well fed and taken care of. The owner hired a band for my birthday! It was amazing and I would definitely stay there again!

Jamaican Jewel Trip of a Lifetime

Wow doesn’t even cut it! Place was incredible and the staff was outstanding! There were 12 of us total (7 adults and 5 kids) and the accommodations were perfect! Each bedroom comes with its own bath and the den has a pull out couch (right outside 2 of the bedrooms) can be closed off with privacy (bc then the 2 bedrooms can use the doors leading outside to outside patio). Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus there’s a half bath right outside the den area leading into the living space. I was lucky enough to stay in the upstairs primary suite and loved waking up everyday looking out into the blue Caribbean Sea. Gorgeous views from the entire backyard and the pool was perfect! Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly and made us feel welcome the entire trip! We went to the grocery a few times with the driver, Norman and butler, Desmond and they were so helpful and made the process smooth! Chef Beverly is an amazing cook and made the best meals we didn’t even know existed! Plus she was so gracious to accommodate 5 different children appetites! Communication was top notch and this place was an absolute dream come true! We didn’t want to leave but hope to return back! Excellent!!

Beautiful

From the initial booking and working with property manager Camille to getting to the property the entire process was seamless. Personnel was attentive and personable. Desmond and the team ensured all our needs were met. We elected to cancel a day of excursions to stay on property as it was so beautiful! Kudos to Mrs Beverly the cook who is a true gem! We willl definitely visit again!

Staying at the Jewel

I had a wonderful time here in Jamaica. My family and I really enjoyed the staff. We were not use to anyone catering to us like that. The chef was excellent. The food was just great. Over all everything was just great. I can go on and on but I will come back again. Oh yeah! I got to tell you that our driver Mr. Norman took real good care of us. Great place to stay.

Can't wait to go back!

This was the perfect villa for the perfect vacation...gorgeous, immaculate and comfortable. Spacious with magnificent views. The staff were warm and welcoming and made us feel special, yet at home. The meals were fresh and delicious and all of our requests were accommodated. A truly beautiful home, beautiful island, beautiful people. None of us wanted to leave. Luxurious relaxation. We will definitely return to Caribbean Jewel. Thank you.
