I was shocked, yet pleasantly surprised at how clean, beautiful, & luxurious it was. I had read the reviews which were good & one mentioned "nice hotel with a twist". Wasn't sure what the 'twist' was... I think its bc some people may actually live there.

All the amenities of a “regular” hotel with a twist. A more wholesome and thoughtful take on a hotel stay, that we appreciated

My husband and sons were in town for the naval graduation. They were very pleased with the hotel. Both with it's proximity to food and the graduation and with the cleanliness and amenities.I, on the other hand, as the family matriarch, was given a difficult time since I secured the booking for them but did not stay there myself. Eventually it got straightened out. I was thankful that they didn't give my family any difficulties when they finally arrived.

Bed blanket was tattered, Didn’t get fresh towels or wash clothes for a two night stay. I’m sure in its heyday it was a gorgeous hotel but it’s a little run down
