Experience farm life right outside your doorstep! Wake up to cows eating feet away from where you enjoy your morning coffee or walk out to the chicken coop to grab farm fresh eggs for your breakfast! This brand new 4 bedroom/2 bath home is perfect for two families or a group of couples! Situated on a working horse and cattle ranch - you’ll find mini highlander cattle right off the patio. A chicken coop near the home also had farm fresh eggs that you can make for breakfast!

The ranch is three minutes off I-90 and 12 minutes from downtown Spokane with an amazing lake view! The perfect home for two families with kids or four couples. Large gourmet kitchen is great for cooking dinners together! Seating for the entire group! Spacious open concept, large family room includes living room, dining room and kitchen— a great option to travel with your family and experience ranch life in the country!

We are family owned and operated. We maintain, clean and get the home ready for your family. We SO appreciate you choosing our home for your stay!

Guests have entire home and grassy space outside home! It will be very clear on arrival the large space you have to access. House is only for the use of the guests acknowledged on the booking. No additional guests allowed. Absolutely no parties.

Home is on a working cattle/horse ranch that is NOT ACCESSIBLE. Any trespassing past the home and yard will be prosecuted and will terminate your stay. We share our animals but do not tolerate trespassing on the ranch- it’s a bio security risk and we also want to protect your safety. Thanks for complying with the rules of the ranch.

Other things to note
Since you are staying on a working farm and ranch we do ask for a photo of the ID of the adult booking the stay. Thank you for complying with this important rule.

We had a wonderful stay! Our hosts were so kind and comminicative both before and during our stay. We are a youth running club and were in the area to compete at a regional race. Space and supplies to prepare food as well as ample sleeping arrangements are key to our success and this house was perfect. The kids and adults loved the cows too!

I have been on Vrbo for over 10 years and have had many stays and this far is over and above the best we've rented.The home was immaculate with four large spacious bedrooms that slept four couples comfortably!The host was amazing and communicative and there were so many little surprises. A cow gave birth while we were there and we got to watch the calf learn how to walk while we were sitting on the beautiful patio overlooking the lake. We fed the darling Pygmy goats and In the morning, we went and got eggs out of the chicken coop.We were in Cheney for the Bluewater Bluegrass festival and one of the couples didn't even go to the festival because they wanted to watch the animals and enjoy the farm! The views were amazing and the sunsets were out of this world!This wasn't just another weekend stay. This was an actual experience that we all were delighted and surprised to have!
