This charming Key West-style villa is the perfect retreat for your Florida vacation. Located on a peaceful canal, it offers an ideal combination of comfort and tropical flair. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the villa features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across 2188 sqft. of beautifully furnished living space.

All rooms are bright, modern and equipped to make you feel completely at home. The master suite offers a king-size bed, private pool access through large sliding doors, and an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a generous walk-in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom mirrors this comfort with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom also includes a queen-size bed and its own poolside access. The additional bathroom are equipped with a ground-level shower for easy access. This villa also offers an additional Den room to relax in and for those who like games, there is a foosball table for a tournament among friends.

The open-plan living area is flooded with natural light, tastefully decorated, and features tile flooring throughout and a flat-screen TV: a perfect space to relax after a sunny day. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it a pleasure to prepare meals and host family or friends. Step outside and you’ll find one of the villa’s standout features: a large, south-facing terrace with a heated pool and separate hot tub, surrounded by lush landscaping and swaying palm trees. A covered area with gas grill creates the perfect setting for evening barbecues, while comfortable loungers invite you to unwind in the sun. A private path leads down to the dock, where a well-maintained tiki hut provides shade and a peaceful spot to sip a drink and enjoy the view.

The location is quiet yet central: shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, gas stations, as well as tennis and golf facilities are all close by. For beach days and local adventures, the villa includes everything you need: a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and 2 bicycles for exploring the neighborhood.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
