To maintain the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the specified number of people mentioned in your reservation. Please refrain from inviting additional guests beyond the reservation limit.

We provide four dedicated parking spaces for your convenience. We kindly ask that you utilize these spaces exclusively to avoid any inconvenience for other guests or neighbors.

For your convenience, we offer a range of amenities upon check-in, including bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, washcloths, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. These essentials are provided to enhance your comfort during your stay.

We kindly request that you respect our neighbors and move any gatherings indoors after 9 pm. This ensures a peaceful environment for all and maintains a harmonious atmosphere.

In the event that any city authorities visit the property, please contact us immediately. Failure to comply with the rules may result in a request to vacate the premises if law enforcement is involved.

Once a month, a professional gardening company will enter the backyard to trim trees and collect dry leaves. This ensures the upkeep and beauty of the outdoor space.

Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay, our dedicated team will promptly address and resolve them within 24 hours. Your comfort is our priority.

If your stay coincides with the scheduled garbage removal days, please place the garbage container outside as indicated on the "garbage table" provided inside the house. This helps us maintain a clean and organized environment.

We understand that plans may change, and you may require a late check-out or an extension to your stay. Late check-out is subject to availability and can be arranged for a fee of $100 until 1 PM or $120 until 3 PM. Please inform us through the chat before 10PM a day prior to your checkout so we can accommodate your request.

Guests who do not adhere to the house rules may be subject to fines of up to $2000. We kindly request your cooperation in respecting and following the guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
