The house is a beautiful home in Beautiful Area of Fort-Lauderdale, close to the Ocean. perfect for gatherings. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:
— You will have access to the entire home.
— 1,248 sqft of indoor living space
— 3 bedrooms and a living room.
— 2 bathrooms
— separate living room with TV.
— Whole house has Wi-Fi throughout
— BBQ
— ROOM 1: Master Bedroom with 2 queen size beds with a closet
— ROOM 2: Private Bedroom with 2 queen size beds
— ROOM 3: Cozy Bedroom with 2 queen size beds
— ROOM 4: Dinning room area with table to sit up to 10 people on each
— ROOM 5: Very Spacious Living room with 3 Sofa beds and a tv.
— Parking: The front of the house has a driveway with parking for 2 cars and a carport with parking for 2 cars .
— We have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests

The house is a great place to host a group of friends!
— BBQ and Cook Up a Storm of Delicious Food in Fully Equipped Large Kitchen.

GREAT FOR FAMILY:
Family reunions often have up to 4 generations of family, spanning from little babies to great grandparents. This home is comfortable for all age ranges!
— Lots of spaces for people to eat together.
— Lots of spaces for people to gather together, hang out, sit, chat, and have fun.
— Lots of fun for kids: Kids toys, pool area
— Comfortably sleeps many people in beds.
— Also includes inflatable Play and Pack and High Chair for babies.
— The kitchen is a perfect family environment where everybody wants to hang out, and flows into to the living room with the dinning table. Great for families!
IDEAL PLACE FOR BEFORE/AFTER CRUISE STAY
THE KITCHEN:
Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:
— Kitchen to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.
— Regular oven.
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 16 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— Coffee machine a kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea at the pool area.
— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge and various other kitchen utensils.
LOCATION:
We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up).
Just minutes to downtown, beaches, Las Olas, I-95, Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping malls. Be sure to enjoy your day and night at the beaches and beachfront restaurants.
