Parties are not allowed on this property. All guests must be pre-screened and authorized by owner to access or visit the property. Additional guest/visitor fee's may apply.

NO PETS! Pet's are not allowed, not even service animals due to owners medical condition related to pet and animal dander. Homeowner has an exemption to not allow any type of animal even service animals on this property.

NO SMOKING/Vaping in/on the property or on property grounds

Home comfortably accommodates up o 14 guests. $3000 refundable security/Damage deposit will be required for this reservation and is taken by owner once it's booked. Excessive AC use or not following house rules for HVAC use may result in a security deposit holdback.
