The house has been recently remodeled and offers a comfortable, modern living experience. It features a full contemporary kitchen, a cozy living room with an electric fireplace, a Smart TV, and in-house laundry. There are 4 bedrooms—3 with queen beds and 1 with two twin beds—each with its own private half bathroom (toilet and sink).

Guest access

Enjoy self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival. Guests have full access to the main house, including the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and the designated bedrooms and bathrooms. Please note that the attached mother-in-law unit and the electric vehicle charger are not accessible to guests, as they are reserved for an on-site resident. The resident of the mother-in-law unit does not have access to the main house, but you may occasionally see them outside tending to the lawn or managing the garbage bins.

Other things to note
The house offers plenty of on-site parking, making arrival and daily access easy and convenient for all guests. Clear signage will be placed on the fence to help guide you upon arrival.
For safety and security, only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors are allowed at any time. To maintain this policy, we may request the full names of all staying guests at the time of booking.
Room Setup:
The home includes multiple rooms, but for this listing, four bedrooms are prepared and ready for guests. The house also features a convenient home office, perfect for meetings or remote work, and a dedicated playroom to keep children entertained.
House Rules:
Parties, events, illegal drugs, and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the house Guest smoking allowed outside 50 ft away from the building. Guests who fail to follow these rules will be asked to leave the property immediately.
To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
