The property provides easy access to Lake Ouachita, and the two beaches in the area. It is barely 25 minutes to Hot Springs. The property also has a very pleasant pool close. The back porch is screened and quite secluded. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath shower works remarkably well.We would stay there again if coming to the area.

The hostess was generous with providing supplies needed for the stay: K-cups, Tide pods, fabric softener sheets, tennis rackets with balls, many other items to make the stay comfortable. The pool and tennis courts were close by. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was very convenient.
