Charming loft apartment located right in the historic center of Bogota. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The social area is perfectly integrated with the kitchen, creating an ideal space to share special moments. The apartment has WiFi, 24/7 security, parking, common areas to enjoy and more. The ideal property for any occasion. Very central and close to the most touristic places of the city.
SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are available on the property.
The building has NO elevator and it is necessary to climb stairs.
Early check in and late check out have an additional charge subject to availability, in case of requiring these services please consult the possibility and the value of the rate with your host. Normal check in time is at 3:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am.
-Access to laundry area is from 7am to 7pm.
Apartment located right in the historic center of Bogota, has 2 individual beds, a sofa bed, TV and WiFi. The kitchen has all the elements to enjoy the pleasure of cooking whatever you want, with good furniture, excellent decoration and very well lit.
The architectural proposal of the building combines the contemporary character in the use of exposed concrete elements and wood on the facades, with design elements that respect the essence of the traditional architecture of La Candelaria.

It is a tourist area, where the architectural part of the city is preserved.
You can easily reach sites such as the Luis Angel Arango Library, Botero Museum, Art Museum of the Bank of the Republic, Gabriel Garcia Marquez Cultural Center, Colon Theater, Colonial Art Museum, Gold Museum, among other places of cultural interest.
Transportation is easy to take.
In accordance with the regulations established by the Mayor's Office of Bogota, there will be water service suspensions in the sector on some specific dates in April 7, 16 y 25
