Beautiful, air-conditioned, well-decorated apartment for 4 people, located in a new condominium in Barra! Close to the Barra shopping mall and the Barra-Ondina Carnival circuit! With smart TV and split air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, WI-FI, full kitchen. Penthouse with pool and gym. Has garage and 24-hour reception.
NOTE:
- All guests are requested to provide documents that will be checked at check-in to create a face ID for access.
Perfect location, located in the Nau building, you can walk to the famous Porto da Barra beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakery, shopping center and pharmacy.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniencing guests, difficulties or preventing check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
