Villa Del Mar Is located in the most desirable area of Puerto Rico. The Villa is on the northeast side of the island, and is bordered by a 1,000-acre mangrove forest preserve, and is on a secluded beach near the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. This property is on Las Picuas road which is protected from commercial development and boasts a quiet and secluded location just across the street from the beach.

I'm from Idaho and have been a host for about 15 years on various platforms. I love sharing my properties in Idaho and Puerto Rico with large families! I love everything outdoors from kite boarding to snowboarding and anything on the water.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We have several properties in the Rio Grande (Las Picuas Beach) area because of the safe swimming, great kiteboarding and family safe boogie boarding. This is a quiet secluded area most days of the week. It's close to restaurants and most of the favorite recreational activities on the island like El Yunque and the Bioluminescent Bay. This is a secret gem with no hotels and quiet, safe neighborhoods. Our guests love it and always say the photos don't always capture how amazing it really is.

Just a 2 minute walk and you are on "Kite Beach" where you can swim in deeper waters to the left and walk out on the reef (with water shoes) on the right in low tide.
Great snorkeling on quiet days and watch the kiters on windier days. Our property is fantastic for families! It has plenty of sleeping areas for 10 people in beds and a few more can sleep on mats or couches. This property has a large pool with a shallow area for little ones and a hot tub that can fit up to 10 people. A gazebo on the roof lets you relax in the breeze while enjoying ocean views.
