Weâve stayed at Ram Sea multiple times and always had a good experience. Condos are well maintained. Having beach accessories available for guests to use is a plus. Only issue we had was neighbors either beside or above us sounded like they were pushing chairs around late at night.

The pool and pool area was exceptional. Clean, lots of chairs and shade.The condo is stunning. Beautiful furniture and accessories. The kitchen has everything you need.All of the check in information was accurate and easy to understand. The beach was amazing and easy to get to.

The room we had was great. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, awesome knives, and plates/bowls. It lacked for nothing. It was very clean. But our favorite was the big balcony and beautiful view. Stunning sunsets. Highly recommend!

View was amazing, the host was excellent, prices are a bit high approximately 500 a night after all fees, neighbors are very noisy on beach and above lots of pounding lots of music and noise. Other than that it was a great unit probably a different time of year maybe would reduce the noise. Ty!

All good! Unit very nice, property folks very nice. I know all will be glad when things in the area are back to normal. Note: at some point they will be ârenourishingâ the beach so not much access at that time. They are currently a little ways North and working their way South. Jay

Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Emil and Angie Baltic. They have lived in Clearwater, Florida since 2004, and have purchased and restored many homes in Pinellas County. Emil works at St Petersburg Fire Rescue as a firefighter/medic and owns Baltic Remodeling, specializing in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Angie has been a licensed realtor and home stager/interior designer for over 15 years. Emil and Angie manage their own vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and love everything about the vacation rental business.
